Massively Wrecked! The Gothic Boat Party and Thames Cruise

They said we needed a bigger boat. We got a bigger boat.

On Saturday, 24th September, we'll be setting sail aboard The Dutch Master, a vessel large enough to bear 370 darkened souls if not into hell itself, then at least as far as Greenwich North and back.

Featuring two dancefloor decks, two open "sun" decks, we'll be taking you aboard ship for drinking, dancing, and enjoying the spectacular sight of the banks of the Thames illuminated at night with a five hour cruise that sets sail from Tower Pier.

With music provided by seven of London's finest goth and alternative DJs (well, ok, six and me'sen)

Steve Nine (Antichrist / Departure)
CaveyNik (Dead and Buried)
Psyche (Elixir / Betty Ford Clinic)
AndyRavenSable (Republic)
DJX (Tanz Macabre / Tenebrae)
The Cockney Gargoyle (Invocation)
Thunder (Kryptorium / Vampiir)

Saturday 24th September, 2011 - Sailing at 8pm sharp (Don't get left behind!)

Looking for a venue [Oct. 29th, 2010|11:39 am]

mabjustmab
Hey all!

My rag-tag freakshow of a circus will be in London Land next year, and we would love to share our unique bit of entertainment with you!

I've been scanning the internet looking for good places to book our show, but that doesn't really tell me what ~you~ think is a good space.

Where do you go in London to see Burlesque, Sideshow, and general oddities?

in case you would like to learn more about us:

Thanks!

p.s. I've been wanting to visit London for a while, and have been looking for a good Livejournal community to follow for the non-mainstream stuff. any suggestions there?

Now FREE! Luxury Stranger/Dutch Order at The Beauty of Poison, The Gaff, London-THIS FRIDAY! [Aug. 16th, 2010|09:16 pm]

protomartyr
The Beauty Of Poison presents Luxury Stranger with support from Dutch Order.

UPDATE: As this may possibly be the last time The Beauty Of Poison is at The Gaff and because some people may miss these two excellent bands because they spent all their cash on M'era Luna 2 weeks ago, DJ Hawkmoon has decided it will be a FREE entry event and he is now paying for the whole thing to promote the bands and so that more people can have a good time. Donations of drinks and/or cash will be accepted but they are not compulsory by any means. The usual dress code still applies.

Guest DJs are Victoria Fenbane and Steve Nine of Slimelight, Departure, Schattenspiel, Antichrist & more plus Vade Retro of Reptile.

Doors 7.30pm, bands start between 8-9pm then DJs till very late (4am or nearly everyone goes home, whichever comes first) as usual.
